Now folks! When it comes to making lists, there is that enormous elephant in the room. We know it and so do you: They are subject to change. So how about not being that pretentious schmuck who shouts it out every single time? Every single thing you do, that Interpol tee of yours, that extra guacamole you ordered when you weren’t even that hungry, that subtle kiss you never gave to her and basically every muscle you move is raw material to regret. People live five decades with each other before they know it has been a mistake, the entire long and boring journey. But this all should not mean you lock yourself up in your grave so that they all pass safely.
We make lists because they are pragmatic ways to kill our procrastination and excite ourselves. It feels like coming out! It feels like somebody dropping the f-bomb on a politically correct gathering of boring people. You will be frowned at, but it is you anyway so the joke’s on them.
Here are the second half of our favorite videos of all time. We did not cherry-pick them just because they were well-made, entertaining, or artistic. But because we have spent a lot of time watching them through our lives. And in spite of all the things they say, it is not just about the video. We also love all these songs very much.
